  • What types of services do you offer?

    We offer on-site services and in-house services. Free pickup and delivery is available in the North Metro area. We also accept drop offs by appointment at our residential location. Monthly service plans are also available starting at as little as $11.99 per month.

    How do you charge for your services?

    We charge by the hour for on-site service with a 1 hour minimum. After the 1st hour we charge in 15 minute increments. The typical on-site service call takes 1-2 hours. For in-house service we can usually quote you a fixed amount for parts and labor based on the specific repair being done. For larger projects we provide quotes, bids, and/or proposals on a project by project basis.

    How much is it going to cost?

    This is a very difficult question to answer because of the wide range of services we offer. Our goal is to provide fast and professional services at an affordable price. Our rates are not the lowest in town. They are also not the highest. Price should never be the single deciding factor when choosing a service provider. We fix it or its free!     Do you offer any discounts?

    We offer discounts for seniors, students, military, police, fire, handicapped, disabled, and first time customers.

    Do you have a trip charge or mileage charge?

    We do not have any trip or travel charges for on-site service in the Denver Metro area.

    What are your hours of operation?

    We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. After hours or before hours appointments are available for special circumstances.

    What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and paypal.

    How long will it take to fix my computer?

    Our certified technicians can solve just about any technology problem you are having within an hour or 2. On-site service may be available same day or within a day or two. If we cannot service you within an acceptable time frame, we can refer you to one of our approved affiliates. Repairs requiring the ordering of parts such as laptop screens can take up to 5-6 business days. This can be shortened to 2-3 business days if you are willing to pay for overnight shipping.

    What if you cannot solve my problem?

    We fix it or it’s free! And we mean that. For example, if we determine your computer is not worth fixing and you should replace it. We will not charge you for the service call. Instead we would offer to help you procure your next computer and allow us to help you set it up, and transfer all your data and programs.

    Should I fix my computer or just get a new one?

    The rule of thumb that we go by is that you should never spend more than half the cost of a new computer to fix the old one.

    It looks like you are in a residential area, where is you store located?

    We do not have a retail brick and mortar store. We do not sell hardware or software to the public at our location. We are based in a residential neighborhood.

    How long have you been in business?

    Our business was founded in 1987.
