Although we didn't find the root cause I have a tool and understand the process to execute if the shortage reappears. Very happy with the outcome and Greg's willingness to share the solution with me.   • I have been using Greg 4+ years and he is the best!!! I absolutely recommend him, I dont think there is anything computer related he cannot do!!! He has saved us several times, he is our IT savior. Call him if you are having any IT or computer issues!!!He has helped us with everything from saving data from a hard drive crash, fixed connectivity issues, setting up networking, and helped me when we changed main password and could not get into computer.

  • I dropped off my desktop at about 4:30pm and the owner was able to diagnose and repair my desktop within a hour. I was expecting to have it back within a day or two, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the phone call that it was done.

  • Dodging a Bullet-yes Greg and his business helped me dodge a bullet with three of my PC's this morning. Microsoft Essentials was doing something strange with my XP PCs. Two of three machines were not responding to my mouse and when a program loaded it took forever. Greg walked me through how to remove it from starting up, then un-install and reload his suggested replacement-AVG. Back up and running today with transferring customers video tapes. Thanks Greg!
